The 1950 NCAA Men's Division I Ice Hockey Tournament involved 4 schools playing in single-elimination play to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college ice hockey. It began on March 16, 1950, and ended with the championship game on March 18. A total of 4 games were played, all at Broadmoor Arena in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Colorado College, coached by Cheddy Thompson, won the national title with a 13-4 victory in the final game over Boston University, coached by Harry Cleverly.
